Twin‑trough conveyor with single‑vibrator drive – SingleDrive

Project objective

The objective of the project is to develop and implement an innovative twin‑trough vibratory conveyor with a single‑vibrator drive (SingleDrive), which will increase the efficiency of bulk‑material transport in industrial processes. The solution will enable reduced energy consumption, lower operating costs, and improved accuracy and durability of vibratory equipment.

Scope of activities

  • Conducting industrial research and development work on a new type of vibratory conveyor.
  • Preparation of construction and technological documentation.
  • Purchase of research equipment and CAD/CAE software.
  • Construction and testing of a device prototype.
  • Implementation of the R&D results into the production activities of INWET S.A.
  • Information and promotional activities concerning the project and its outcomes.

  • Industrial and processing enterprises using vibratory transport.
  • Industrial process automation sector.
  • Commercial partners and distributors of vibratory machines.
  • End clients seeking modern and energy‑efficient transport solutions.
